Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories and invoice.

1 Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- • The product is delivered damaged or defective.
- • You receive the wrong product.
- • The product has a verified manufacturer's defect.
- • The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.
2 Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- • Opened software or activation keys
- • Special-order or customized products
- • Products damaged through misuse, accidents, liquid spills, or unauthorized repairs
- • Products with missing accessories or packaging
- • Clearance or final-sale items (unless defective)
3 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- • Provide your order number.
- • Send clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- • Do not use the product until instructed by our support team.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
4 Manufacturer Warranty
Most laptops and electronic products sold by Laptop Realm Limited include a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage varies by brand and model and does not cover:
- • Physical damage
- • Liquid damage
- • Accidental damage
- • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

5 Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
